Can I also wear Klipoorbellen if I already have holes/piercings??
Yes, you can wear them next to or over your current holes. You do not need (extra) piercings for Klipoorbellen .
Can I wear Klipoorbellen if I don't have holes/piercings yet?
Of course! All items in our webshop can be worn without making (extra) holes.
I have an allergy to a certain material, so are Klipoorbellen suitable?
Since Klipoorbellen do not go through your skin, but rather clamp around your earlobe, they do not have the same effect on your skin as a normal piercing or jewelry. All items in our webshop are therefore a very good solution for all kinds of allergies.
Do Klipoorbellen Hurt?
No, Klipoorbellen obviously take some getting used to, as they are different from a piercing. You may feel the Clip Earring a little at first, because you are not yet used to the Clip Earring, but this will become less after wearing it a few times (just like with a normal piercing). Our Klipoorbellen should not hurt.
Please note, we have different variants of closures in our webshop. In principle, all closures are suitable for all earlobes. It can sometimes happen that your earlobe is a bit thicker and therefore the push clasps are a bit tighter. If you have a slightly thicker earlobe, we recommend that you get the Klipoorbellen with twist clasps so that you can adjust them yourself.
Are the Klipoorbellen also suitable for children?
Certainly, our Klipoorbellen are also often chosen by parents with children who want earrings. Sometimes the parents prefer not to do it (yet) or they want to first see whether the kids really like it that much. Klipoorbellen are a perfect solution for this! We also have a great children's collection (click on "Kids Klipoorbellen" in the main menu to see these.
I would like to wear earrings at my wedding but I have no piercings, are Klipoorbellen suitable for this
Certainly! You do not need (extra) piercings for Klipoorbellen , which makes them perfect for a special day or event. Also take a look at our special Bridal Collection! Click on "Shop Everything - Collections - Bridal Collection" in the main menu to view our special wedding items.

How do I order??
Have you found your favorite Klipoorbellen and would you like to order? Great!
- Select your item (and possibly also the variant) and click "add to cart".
- Now you can continue shopping (items in shopping cart are not reserved for you)
- Are you ready? Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right and follow the steps to checkout.
What are the benefits of an account
An account is not required to place an order, but it is incredibly useful. After creating an account, your details will be filled in automatically the next time and you can view your orders in your account.
What are the benefits of the newsletter
When you subscribe to the newsletter, you will be the first to know about all new items, promotions and special events. As a member you also receive benefits such as special member sale discount codes & you can participate in special member promotions.
I placed an order, but did not receive a confirmation
Oops, you should get that! Have you already checked your unwanted mailbox/spam box? If it is not there, please contact us and we will check for you whether your payment has been successful and your order has been placed! !
I want to change my order or details, is this still possible?
Please contact us and we will let you know whether this is still possible or whether your package has already been sent.
Is there a warranty on the products?
There is no warranty on our products.
My favorite item is sold out, the item will still be in stock and I can reserve the item
What a shame that it is sold out, please contact us to see if it will be back in stock. You can receive a notification when it comes back in stock via the "notify me when available" button on the right side of the product page. If you would like to make a reservation, please contact us.

KlipKoins is our loyalty program. You can earn points with certain promotions and orders. You can convert these points into discounts! Please note: you cannot receive points afterwards, so register and log in before placing your order!
How can I sign up for KlipKoins

How can I earn/redeem KlipKoins?

Can KlipKoins be used in combination with other discount promotions?
No, the KlipKoins cannot be combined with other discount promotions.
Can I also receive KlipKoins when purchasing a Giftcard ?
When you buy a Giftcard you receive no KlipKoins, only when the Giftcard is redeemed will the person redeeming the Giftcard receive KlipKoins. Of course, only if this person is registered for the KlipKoins program and is logged in.

Which payment methods does Klipoorbellen.com accept??
You can pay safely in our webshop and we have various payment methods. You can choose from iDeal, Bancontact, Klarna, PayPal, MasterCard, among others. You will see the payment methods at checkout.
What should I do if my payment has failed?
Oops, this may happen sometimes. Check your bank account to see if an amount has been debited. When the payment is successful, we have also received an order. If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please contact us.
I will also receive confirmation of my payment
Yes, you have placed an order! You will then receive an order confirmation from us in your email. If you have not received it after an hour, check your unwanted mailbox and your spam box, sometimes they end up here. If they are not included here, please contact us.

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs will appear automatically during checkout after entering your address details, we ship throughout Europe!
Shipping is free within the Netherlands. In Belgium and Germany we share the costs with you and you pay 3.99, but for orders over 50, shipping is also free!s!

We ship throughout Europe.
How long does shipping take?
Provided there are no delays at the postal companies, the following delivery times apply: Netherlands: ordered before 3:00 PM, delivered the next working day.
Belgium & Germany: ordered before 3 p.m., delivery time 2-3 working days.
Rest of Europe: ordered before 3 p.m., delivery time 1-7 working days.
I have not yet received my order?
If you have not yet received your order after the above delivery time, we apologize for the inconvenience! Unfortunately, there may be delays with our delivery services. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. Therefore, always wait 5 working days before contacting us. Only after 5 working days can we contact our delivery services about the missing/delayed shipment. Please contact us after 5 working days and we will be happy to help you!!
My order arrived incomplete/wrong/damaged, what now?
Unfortunately, it may happen that a product is damaged during shipping or that something went wrong while processing your order. We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us so that we can find a solution together.
Returns/exchanges
Can I just return it / what are the return conditions?
No, you cannot simply return your order. See the return conditions below:
1. Returns are only possible within 14 days of ordering
2. Returns can only be made after you have requested this from us and received approval. The return request can be sent via the chat at the bottom right, the contact form or by email within 14 days after the order.
3. Returns are only accepted if the product has been received by us at the correct address within 5 working days of approval and if it has arrived in the same condition and in the same packaging.
4. Return costs & risk of loss/theft/damage during shipping are for the customer. We therefore recommend that you return it with track & trace.
What are the return costs??

When will I receive my money back into my bank account??
First read the return conditions before returning a package. After receiving the returned package, returns will be processed within 5 working days. When this has happened, you will receive an email and you can find the money in your bank account within 7 working days. If you have not received money in your bank account after 7 working days, please contact us.
Can I exchange something?
Exchanges can only be made by submitting a return request and placing a new order. Please indicate in the return request that you would like to exchange.
