If something is missing from your order, is your order wrong or damaged? Please contact us within 14 days and we will help you return or replace your order as soon as possible.
If you unexpectedly want to return the order for another reason, please contact us first. Returns are only accepted when the following conditions are met:
- We have been contacted.
- A valid reason has been given for returning the product (the starting point here is that you may only handle and inspect the product as it would be allowed to do in a store, so this does not include bending materials/in coming into contact with water/ wear and tear from multiple wearing/ other actions that are not covered by the handling and inspection as he should be allowed to do in a shop).
- We have agreed to return the shipment.
The return costs are for your own account. We use a return period of 14 days.
